Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Salesforce AI Engineer to design, build and ship AI features on the Salesforce platform for leading organisations. You will work hands-on with autonomous agents, LLMs, and production-grade AI across industries, combining declarative and programmatic Salesforce tech.

You will partner with consultants and AI specialists to develop intelligent experiences using Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder and Data Cloud, while aligning with agile delivery and DevOps

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce technical experience across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, APIs; integration patterns.
Experience building with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder and Model Builder.
Understanding large language models — prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, grounding.

Responsibilities

Partner with consultants and architects to design and deliver Salesforce/AI solutions.
Develop intelligent experiences and autonomous agents using Salesforce AI tools.
Act as Salesforce/AI SME within the DCX practice to shape delivery methodologies.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tech.
Engage with clients to demonstrate AI value and ensure production readiness.
