Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI features on the Salesforce platform for leading organisations. You'll work across industries, hands-on with autonomous agents, grounding models in Salesforce data, and ensuring production readiness.

The role combines consulting and engineering: collaborate with solution architects, deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs, and leverage Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder,

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce technical experience across core clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder and Model Builder, grounding models in Salesforce data.
Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and reducing hallucination.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tech.
Build AI-enabled features integrating enterprise data to deliver personalised, predictive experiences.
Collaborate with consultants and AI specialists to deliver innovative Salesforce and AI-powered business solutions.
Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
