Job summary

ScottishPower HQ in Glasgow is seeking a Technical Lead for Salesforce Agentforce to design, implement and govern AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value across SPEN.

You will lead adoption of Agentforce, Einstein AI and Data Cloud, work with stakeholders and partners, and establish standards for security, governance and responsible AI. The role is office-based with flexible hours to support critical services.

Qualifications

• Significant AI solution design experience at scale.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions and governance.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce Agentforce roadmap and AI strategy.
• Identify, scope and prioritise AI use cases across functions.
• Establish governance, security and operational standards for Agentforce.
• Provide AI design direction to delivery teams and mentor others.
• Lead AI PoCs and pilots through to production deployment.
• Ensure Agentforce solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance.
