Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Senior Director, Agentforce Field Service to lead strategic growth and execution across enterprise Field Service offerings. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to accelerate adoption of Salesforce Field Service, Agentforce, and AI-driven workflows.

You will spearhead a high-impact team of specialists, drive strategic programs, and shape go-to-market priorities, while ensuring customer outcomes and executive engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or related leadership roles.
• 6+ years of leadership building distributed technical or solution teams.
• Deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and related domains.
• Experience guiding enterprise-scale digital transformation and cloud migration.
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, and AI technologies.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Field Service growth and GTM.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic customer engagements.
• Establish operational frameworks with visibility into pipeline health and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Lead the technical solution strategy for complex Field Service opportunities.
• Support enterprise sales in translating challenges into outcomes using Field Service and Agentforce.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops, value assessments, and digital transformation discussions.
• Position Salesforce as the platform of choice for field operations and asset management.
• Advocate for AI-powered workflows, intelligent scheduling, and automation.
