Lead Practitioner of Maths required for a full-time, permanent role starting January 2026. Ambitious 11–18 mixed secondary school with a thriving Sixth Form located in Slough. Opportunity to shape the strategic direction of Maths teaching across KS3–KS5.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Lead Practitioner of Maths to join a progressive and high-achieving secondary school in Slough. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing outstanding teaching practices across the Mathematics department and wider school community.

This role is ideal for an experienced Maths Teacher or current middle leader seeking to advance into a whole-school teaching and learning leadership position. The post holder will have a visible impact on curriculum design, pedagogy, and staff development, ensuring consistently high standards in student outcomes.
