Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is assisting a growing UK business in appointing a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, drive upgrades and optimisations, and help shape the technology roadmap with Finance, HR, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite admin experience across modules and configurations.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes within NetSuite.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
