Lead Marine Mechanical & Electrical Engineer – Gosport

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

I’m working with a busy marine service provider based in the Gosport/Portsmouth area who are looking for a hands‑on Lead Marine Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join their team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role working on prestige yachts and motorboats.

You’ll be taking the lead on mechanical and electrical operations, managing refit and maintenance projects, diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, and guiding a small team of engineers. You’ll also liaise directly with clients and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.

Who we’re looking for:
