Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar M&A (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&A systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors.
• Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required.
• Monitor and track KPIs for service delivery.
