Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Head Concierge for The Residences to lead the resident experience in a luxury retirement living community. You will oversee hospitality services, events, dining experiences, and ensure a personalised five-star experience for every resident.

Ideal candidates will come from luxury hospitality with 5-star concierge or front-of-house backgrounds, and possess outstanding communication, organisational skills and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality background, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
• Experience in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Desirable: customer service qualification and experience in event planning or hospitality management.
