Job summary

Hallmark Care Homes is seeking a Head Concierge for The Residences, a luxury care setting. You will lead hospitality and wellbeing services, anticipating residents' needs to deliver a seamless, five-star lifestyle daily.

Your role involves acting as the main contact, coordinating admissions, and building lasting relationships with residents while ensuring exceptional service and a warm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality background or front-of-house experience in a premium setting.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Immaculate presentation and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Desirable: customer service qualification and event planning or hospitality management experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for residents, delivering service with warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate residents' needs and address requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate resident admissions and liaise with care teams for smooth transitions.
• Build relationships with residents and understand preferences and life histories.
• Take ownership of requests and ensure timely resolutions.

• Maintain the Residences' presentation to be welcoming and professional.

What our Head Concierge does

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents of The Residences, delivering exemplary service with professionalism and warmth.
• Anticipate residents\' requirements and needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate resident admissions, liaising with residents and relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition to The Residences.
• Build strong, professional relationships with residents, gaining an understanding of their preferences, interests, and life histories.
• Take ownership of resident requests, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution to exceed their expectations.
• Provide in-suite services such as resident deliveries, meal service, and fridge stocking.
• Oversee the dining experience to ensure it meets the highest standards and caters to residents\' preferences.
• Manage the bar service, serving food and drinks to residents with warmth and hospitality.
• Maintain the overall presentation of The Residences to create a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Coordinate activities and events, collaborating with the care home team and external providers to offer engaging experiences for residents.
