Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Concierge to enhance residents' daily lives at The Residences. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional, compassionate service and coordinating admissions with care teams to ensure a smooth experience.

You will anticipate resident needs, manage dining and bar services, and support activities and events, all while maintaining a warm, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, delivering exemplary service with warmth.

• Take ownership of resident requests and ensure prompt resolution.
• Provide in-suite services such as deliveries, meals, and stocked fridges.
• Oversee dining and ensure meals meet residents' preferences and standards.
• Manage bar service, serving food and drinks with hospitality.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at The Residences.
• Coordinate activities and events with the care team and external providers.

About The Role

As our Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the lives of residents at "The Residences," ensuring they experience the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times. You will be the direct point of contact for our residents, anticipating their needs, building strong relationships, and providing personalised services to enhance their quality of life.

What our Concierge does

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents of The Residences, delivering exemplary service with professionalism and warmth.
• Anticipate residents' requirements and needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate resident admissions, liaising with residents and relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition to The Residences.
• Build strong, professional relationships with residents, gaining an understanding of their preferences, interests, and life histories.
• Take ownership of resident requests, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution to exceed their expectations.
• Provide in-suite services such as resident deliveries, meal service, and maintaining stocked fridges.
• Oversee the dining experience, ensuring it meets the highest standards and caters to residents' preferences.
• Manage the bar service, serving food and drinks to residents with warmth and hospitality.
• Maintain the overall presentation of The Residences, creating a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Coordinate activities and events, collaborating with the care home team and external providers to offer engaging experiences for residents.
