Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Lead IMS Analyst to support the Sizewell C Integrated Management System. The role leads development, review, and maintenance of project procedures within a highly regulated environment, guiding a team of IMS Analysts and driving process improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality IMS services, ensuring priorities are managed and regulatory Licence Conditions and international standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills and methodical approach.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills across levels.
• Educated to degree level or demonstrated experience in highly regulated industry.
• Extensive experience in development, implementation, and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Strong knowledge of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Proficient with Visio to map processes.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to support Sizewell C IMS.
• Coordinate process improvement activities with stakeholders.
• Provide Process Architecture services to ensure IMS meets Licence Conditions and international standards.
• Ensure compliance with process, safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and refine SZC procedures.
• Create and present KPIs at governance forums.
• Promote IMS implementation across the business to meet milestones.
• Support publication of updated IMS procedures and flowcharts.
• Coordinate team workload and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain data/records for easy project access
