Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy on the SZC project, delivering low-carbon energy. The role provides technical IMS guidance, developing procedures and maintaining governance in a highly regulated environment.

You will manage the procedure pipeline, collaborate with stakeholders, and present KPIs at governance forums while ensuring IMS aligns with licence conditions and international standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Degree or demonstrable experience in regulated major project environments.
• Extensive experience with management system documentation development.
• Proficient in process modelling standards and Visio for mapping processes.

• Work as part of a team to support IMS governance and assurance.
• Develop, update and publish management system procedures for SZC.
• Coordinate the procedure work pipeline with stakeholders and owners.
