Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Lead IMS Analyst to support the Sizewell C Integrated Management System, leading the development, review and maintenance of project procedures in a highly regulated environment. You will manage the procedure pipeline, drive improvements with stakeholders, and provide modelling expertise across the project.

You will oversee IMS Analysts, ensuring priorities are managed and high-quality IMS service is delivered, while maintaining data/records for audit and governance purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Strong understanding of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Ability to map processes and present KPIs to governance forums.
• Experience in a highly regulated, major project environment.
• Experience in leading IMS activities and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to drive process improvement.
• Provide Process Architecture support to ensure IMS meets regulatory Licence Conditions and standards.
• Ensure process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine SZC project procedures.
• Create and present KPIs and governance updates.
• Promote IMS implementation across the business to meet milestones.
• Publish updated IMS procedures and flowcharts.
• Coordinate workload and prioritise tasks within the team.
