Job summary

EDF Sizewell C is recruiting a Lead IMS Analyst to drive governance and assurance for the IMS across the SZC project. You will coordinate process improvement, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with Licence Conditions and international standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, craft KPI reporting, and promote IMS adoption to meet project milestones while maintaining data and records for audit readiness across Sizewell C.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated industry or major project environment.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining management system documentation.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to drive project success, communication and a positive environment.
• Coordinate process improvement activities with management and project stakeholders.
• Provide Process Architecture services to ensure IMS meets Licence Conditions and standards.
• Ensure process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine SZC project procedures.
• Create and present KPIs at governance forums.
• Promote IMS implementation to meet milestones.
• Publish updated IMS procedures and flowcharts.
• Coordinate workload and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Maintain data/records for easy access.
