Job summary

Amentum is seeking an IMS Analyst to support the Sizewell C Integrated Management System, ensuring effective development, review, update, retirement and publication of IMS documents in a highly regulated setting.

The role partners with stakeholders across the project to manage the document pipeline, promote best practices, and coach teams on process, safety, compliance and quality. Strong organisational and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate process improvement activities.
• Experience in development and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Familiarity with BPMN or Enterprise Architecture tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Publish IMS documents with correct attributes and flowcharts.
• Maintain procedural standards and manage the document pipeline.
• Coach SMEs and project leaders on process and quality standards.
• Develop plans for procedure creation, updates and governance.
