Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Lead IMS Analyst to provide technical expertise for the Sizewell C Integrated Management System, leading procedure development and maintenance in a highly regulated setting. You will manage the pipeline, coordinate stakeholders, and drive improvements while supporting IMS Analysts to deliver a top‑quality service.

You will oversee procedure publication, create KPIs, and present updates in governance forums.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining management system documentation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for multiple stakeholder levels.
• Proven track record in process modelling and governance.
• Experience with Visio for process mapping and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IMS Analyst team to deliver high‑quality procedures.
• Develop, review and maintain project procedures for SZC.
• Coordinate workload and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Provide process modelling expertise and KPI updates at governance forums.
• Promote IMS adoption across the business to meet milestones.
