Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead GIS Consultant to lead the geospatial delivery across Water, Energy, Earth and Environment. You will guide a growing team, shape multi-disciplinary projects, and drive innovation in GIS services for clients worldwide.

The role offers hybrid working across the UK, opportunities for career development and mentoring within a collaborative geospatial community. You will help translate complex data into actionable insights and maintain high service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of GIS and geospatial data management across sectors.
• Experience in designing and deploying Esri Enterprise solutions including ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Online.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the GIS team and set project direction.
• Lead GIS work on major projects including DCOs and EIAs.
• Drive digital transformation through innovative geospatial solutions.
