Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead GIS Consultant to shape multidisciplinary projects across Water, Energy, Earth, and Environment. You will lead geospatial delivery, own solutions, and guide a growing GIS team to deliver measurable value for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

In-depth understanding of GIS principles and geospatial data management across sectors.
Proven experience designing and deploying Esri Enterprise solutions (ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise/Online).
Proficiency in a programming language (Python/JavaScript/SQL/R Shiny).
Experience automating workflows with FME Form and FME Flow.
Experience integrating cloud-based geospatial solutions (Azure) and bid/proposal work.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership of the GIS team, setting direction and managing performance.
Lead the GIS element on major projects with DCOs and EIAs.
Drive digital transformation with client-focused geospatial solutions.
Manage programmes and resources, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and budget.
Prepare proposals and bids; mentor the technical team and support business development.
Occasionally travel to other offices for meetings and development.
