Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal Geospatial Consultant to lead GeoAI and GIS initiatives across infrastructure, land, water and environmental projects in the UK. You will design, implement and optimise production‑grade Python workflows, integrate AI into GIS pipelines, and mentor junior analysts within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasises delivering scalable, data‑driven insights while staying current with Esri releases and emerging GeoAI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in GIS, with a clear focus on Python development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GeoAI solutions—including object detection, feature extraction, change detection, and predictive spatial modelling—using Esri tools and open‑source AI frameworks.
