Job summary

WSP is seeking a Lead GIS Consultant to guide multi-disciplinary projects across Water, Energy, Earth, and Environment. You will lead geospatial delivery, own solutions, and mentor the GIS team to ensure quality and value for clients.

You will drive innovation, support bids, and contribute to strategic growth while collaborating with experts to advance geospatial capabilities within a global engineering firm.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of GIS principles and geospatial data management across diverse sectors.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Esri Enterprise solutions (ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise/Online).
• Experience with geospatial workflow automation and enterprise-scale data integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of the GIS team, setting direction and managing performance.
• Lead the GIS element on major multi-disciplinary projects with a focus on DCOs and EIAs.
• Drive digital transformation via innovative geospatial solutions for clients.
