Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Generation Executive, SDR or similar role.
• Experience researching and qualifying B2B opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
• Proactive, target-driven with ability to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and market research to identify opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities through effective questioning and hand over to Sales.
• Utilise CRM and lead generation tools to manage activity and track results.
• Collaborate with commercial team to improve pipeline and conversion.
