As part of our Emergency Response Team, you’ll be the first on the scene at customers’ homes, making you the face of our brand for people worried about potential gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

You may need to coordinate with emergency services on behalf of our customers, playing a vital role in protecting lives. The role involves assisting vulnerable or elderly individuals and providing help with empathy and professionalism, fostering a sense of pride in caring for people's safety at home.

The role is diverse, including tasks such as installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and commercial customers, conducting high-rise and gas safety surveys, and fitting cooker safety valves.

Experience and Qualifications

We require excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Candidates must hold either a CCN1 or CMA1 qualification. A MET1 qualification is advantageous but not mandatory. Relevant experience within a gas environment, including knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging, and commissioning, is essential.
