Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reaktion auf Notfälle und Koordination mit Notdiensten zum Schutz von Leben.
• Installation, Austausch und Wartung von Gaszählern für Wohn- und Gewerbekunden.

Join our team as part of our Emergency Response Team, where you'll be the first on the scene at customers' homes, representing our brand for those concerned about gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies, sometimes coordinating with emergency services, to protect lives.
• Assist vulnerable, elderly, or help-seeking customers with empathy and care.
• Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct high-rise and gas safety surveys.
• Fit cooker safety valves.

Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• CCN1 or CMA1 qualification required; MET1 beneficial.
• Experience with gas appliances, testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Knowledge of Standards, Legislation, Codes of Practice, and Health and Safety.
• Full UK driving licence.
