Job description

Join our team as part of the Emergency Response Team, where you will be the first responder at customers' homes, representing our brand and ensuring safety from gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies, often coordinating with emergency services to protect lives, including vulnerable and elderly customers.
• Install, replace, and maintain gas meters for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
• Fit cooker safety valves and perform related safety checks.

Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• CCN1 or CMA1 qualification required; MET1 qualification is a plus.
• Experience with gas environments, appliances, testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Understanding of relevant standards, legislation, and health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving license.
