As part of our Emergency Response Team, you’ll be the first on the scene at customers’ homes, representing our brand for those concerned about gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with emergency services on behalf of customers, helping protect lives.
• Assist vulnerable, elderly, or assistance-seeking individuals with empathy and professionalism.
• Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
• Fit cooker safety valves and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• CCN1 or CMA1 qualification required; MET1 beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a gas environment, with knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Understanding of standards, legislation, codes of practice, and health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
