Job Description

As part of our Emergency Response Team, you’ll be the first on the scene at customers’ homes, representing our brand to those worried about potential gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with emergency services on behalf of our customers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
2. Assist vulnerable, elderly, or customers seeking help, demonstrating empathy and care.
3. Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and business customers.
4. Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
5. Fit cooker safety valves and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• CCN1 or CMA1 qualification is required; MET1 is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience working with gas appliances, including testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Understanding of Standards, Legislation, Codes of Practice, and Health and Safety.
• Full UK driving licence.
