Surety Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Floor Supervisor to lead FOH teams on peak shifts in our Greater London venue. You will ensure guest experiences are memorable, delegate roles, and maintain service standards with pace, cleanliness, and energy.

You will onboard and train new team members, deliver pre-shift briefings, and act as the link between floor, kitchen, and bar. The role rewards high energy, strong communication, and ownership in a busy hospitality environment.
