Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for an Associate or Associate Director in Flood Risk and Water EIA to lead a team from our Bristol office on technically complex projects for a range of clients.

You will oversee water EIA and flood risk studies, coordinate with internal teams and clients, support business development, and mentor three team members while contributing to major infrastructure schemes across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Water EIA and Flood Risk deliverables.
• Leadership of technical inputs and teams for planning and permitting.
• Knowledge of UK planning, EIA regulations and DCO processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water EIA and flood risk studies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Support recruitment and growth of Bristol office.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring.
