Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead / Senior Field Service Engineer with a clear path to management. Based in the North West and commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, and surrounding areas, you will lead a growing team delivering nationwide equipment deployments.

You will oversee service delivery, engineer performance, and KPI compliance, while supporting recruitment and training to drive the service organisation forward.

Are you a Lead / Senior Field Service Engineer looking to take the next step into management, or an experienced Field Service Manager looking to play a key role in a major national equipment rollout?

This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a leadership position where you will take responsibility for a growing team of Field Service Engineers, overseeing performance, service delivery and the successful deployment of equipment across the UK.

The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced electro-mechanical field service professional with strong leadership skills to help develop and grow their engineering team.

• Lead, support and develop a team of Field Service Engineers

The Person:

• Experience within Retail, EPOS, ATM, vending, gaming machines or similar equipment advantageous
