Job summary

Verity Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Peterborough. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, manage and develop your team, and ensure personalised care plans are delivered with a strong focus on person-centred care.

With a solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance, you will monitor quality, maintain thorough records, and build strong relationships with clients, families and staff while driving continuous service

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Manager in domiciliary/homecare.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or studying toward).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of domiciliary care.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team, including training and performance.
• Create and review personalised care plans.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Monitor quality and safety, and support audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the service.
