Job summary

Verity Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Peterborough. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, manage and develop your team, and ensure personalised care plans are delivered with a strong focus on person-centred care.

With a solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance, you will monitor quality, maintain thorough records, and build strong relationships with clients, families and staff while driving continuous service

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Manager in domiciliary/homecare.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or studying toward).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

£30,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience (negotiable for the right candidate) | Full-time, permanent

About You

• Previous experience as a Care Manager or Registered Care Manager in domiciliary/homecare
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations; experience of CQC inspections desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Confident decision-maker with a genuine commitment to person-centred care
