Job summary

Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking a diligent Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our Peterborough team. You will coordinate care staff rotas, liaise with service users and carers, respond to changing care needs, and ensure services are delivered safely and in line with CQC standards.

This full-time, permanent role is office-based in Peterborough. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, with ongoing training, pension benefits, and clear opportunities for

Qualifications

• Domiciliary care experience is essential.
• Experience in care coordination, rostering and scheduling is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rotas using scheduling systems.
• Allocate carers to service users based on needs and location.
• Coordinate care across Peterborough and surrounding areas.
• Respond to staff absences and arrange emergency cover.
• Liaise with service users, families and staff daily.
• Monitor care delivery to ensure high standards.
• Update care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Care Manager with compliance and CQC requirements.
• Conduct spot checks, supervisions and field support.
• Handle incoming calls, queries and concerns professionally.
