Job summary

Care Outlook seeks a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care scheme in London and the South East. You will oversee rotas, care planning, staffing and budget, ensuring every resident has a person-centred care plan that is reviewed regularly.

With at least three years of management experience in domiciliary care and broad knowledge of CQC regulations, you will register with CQC for the scheme and hold a full UK driving license. The company supports development and expansion.

Qualifications

• Manage scheme team including care coordinators, senior carers and office staff.
• Run the service day to day with rotas, care planning, staffing and budget.
• Ensure resident care plans reflect choices and are reviewed regularly.
• Monitor quality through spot checks, medication audits and observations.
