Job summary

All Care Services seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service and drive outstanding care. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and support service growth, with a focus on safeguarding and quality assurance.

The role includes on-call duties, audits, and building strong relationships with clients and local authorities. A strong background in care leadership and CQC regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading domiciliary care services and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and Health & Social Care legislation.
• Experience conducting assessments, risk management and care planning.

Responsibilities
