Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred support and consistently high-quality care for every service user. You will set strategic direction, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

You will manage a dedicated care staff team, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary/home care service.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the Health & Social Care Act.
• Experience leading and developing a care team.
• Ability to manage compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Professional, confident and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the management and quality of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of care staff.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, person-centred and regularly reviewed.
