Job summary

WSP is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer in the UK to drive multi-disciplinary design coordination for roadside and major infrastructure projects. You will challenge traditional methods and craft innovative digital design solutions that improve delivery and outcomes.

You will lead technical teams, provide client-facing guidance, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusion across the Intelligent Infrastructure group.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience in technology design.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
• Knowledge of roadside infrastructure design and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs.
• Provide client-facing technical advice on roadside infrastructure design.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with other disciplines.
