Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer to join our Intelligent Infrastructure team.

You will lead the technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs, provide client-facing technical advice on roadside infrastructure design, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver robust digital solutions. You will mentor junior staff, navigate ambiguous situations, and help challenge conventional design practices to improve delivery processes and project outcomes

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Working towards professional registration or registered with an accredited institute
• Domain knowledge in road/highway design or related engineering fields

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs
• Provide client-facing technical advice on roadside infrastructure design
• Collaborate with colleagues from other engineering disciplines
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development
• Navigate ambiguous situations and escalate issues to Project Leadership when appropriate
