Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer to join our Intelligent Infrastructure team. You will lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary roadside designs, provide client-facing advice, and drive innovative digital design production across major infrastructure projects.

You will mentor junior staff, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with colleagues from multiple disciplines to deliver reliable, high-quality designs for our clients and

Qualifications

A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience in technology design.
Working towards professional registration or registered with an accredited institute.
Domain knowledge in power, communications, electrical, electronics or highway design.

Responsibilities

Lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs and provide client-facing technical advice.
Collaborate with team members, share ideas and address gaps for project delivery.
Mentor and develop junior staff; navigate ambiguous situations and escalate to project leadership when needed.
