Job summary

WSP is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Design Lead Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary roadside design efforts within our Intelligent Infrastructure team. You will drive design coordination, provide client-facing technical advice, and help shape innovative digital design production.

You will mentor junior staff, tackle ambiguous problems, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines to deliver robust infrastructure solutions across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience in design.
• Working towards or holding professional registration with an accredited body.
• Domain knowledge in road/highway design or related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination across multi-disciplinary designs for roadside infrastructure.
• Provide client-facing technical advice on design aspects and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
