Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team. Role model a coaching culture within the management team.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Have experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
