Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What You Will Do |

  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Oversee kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Solve problems proactively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What We Look For |

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with your team with care and consideration.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Financial acumen related to kitchen operations, including GP and stock management.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team to succeed.
