Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Ability to build and develop a strong team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • A forward-thinking problem solver capable of quick decision-making.

What We Look For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of having meaningful conversations with consideration and care.
  • Proven experience in maintaining food, health, safety standards, and managing kitchen finances including GP and stock control.
  • Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to flourish.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and they belong.
  • A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet.
