Senior Sous Chef | Full time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of having considerate and supportive conversations with your team.
  • Experience ensuring high standards of food, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruiting and developing your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Quick thinker and problem solver, able to make decisions on the spot.
