Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations and support your team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health standards, and financial management including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
