Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feel cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards, whether through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Have experience maintaining high standards in food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Are committed to fostering personal and professional growth within your team and working with your Head Chef to build a strong team through recruitment and development.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
