Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What You Bring:

  • Focus on creating a caring, supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
  • Dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is equipped with necessary skills.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working closely with the head chef on recruitment and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and forward-thinking.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen financials.
