• Proven MDT leadership and communication skills.
• Strong clinical and risk management skills in acute inpatient psychiatry.
• Experience in trauma-informed and least restrictive settings (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Mental Health Act and CQC/HIW standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and train staff.
