Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in either Engineering or Construction.
• Proven experience in a Construction/Engineering related role.
• PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• A professional negotiator with sound commercial acumen.
• Highly organised and analytical.
• Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of new stores, extensions and modernisations.
• Manage project plans and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external companies and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate specifications.
• Maintain health & safety standards.
• Report on progress to the senior team.
• Control project costs and budgets.

Skills

Engineering or Construction degree
