Job summary

Wmjobs is recruiting an experienced Complex Hub Team Leader to head a specialist Housing Solutions Service in the West Midlands. You will guide Complex Case Officers and Outreach Officers, delivering intensive, person-centred support to single adults facing homelessness and complex needs.

You will coordinate multi-agency work with health, social care and housing partners to secure accommodation, reduce barriers to independence and deliver positive long-term outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working within homelessness, housing, support services or a related environment.
• Experience leading, supervising and developing teams.
• Experience with customers who have multiple and complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and prevention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and partnership-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Complex Case Officers and Outreach Officers delivering intensive support.
• Provide professional oversight and decision-making on complex homelessness cases.
• Coordinate multi-agency interventions with partners to secure accommodation.
• Supervise staff through regular supervision, reflective practice and development.
• Ensure compliance with homelessness legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, policies and procedures.
• Develop partnerships with statutory services, health providers and voluntary organisations.
• Organise multi-agency meetings and case conferences to coordinate support plans.
• Monitor risk, performance and customer outcomes to drive improvement.
